Bernard Cozier manages the Rue Volta apartment building in Charleroi while working full-time as an accountant, and he struggled to keep tenant records, maintenance, cleaning, and insurance information organized. Relying on paper notes and memory led to forgotten tasks and confusion for tenants and the management team.

Using the AppSheet add-on for Google Sheets, Bernard built a mobile app to track tenants, open and closed tickets (using slices), sort jobs by type, and even call and coordinate with contractors directly. After a month of use he reports the app has made management “so much easier,” eliminating forgotten tasks, improving organization, and enabling real-time access and sharing across his team.
