Krambo Bostads AB - Customer Case Study

Krambo Bostads AB is a Swedish real estate company whose CAD technician, Janne Westin, needed a better way to collect and manage information for property maintenance—checklists, inspection rounds, inventories and fire protection documentation. Those workflows were paper-based, sent to subcontractors and later manually transcribed into computer systems, a slow and error-prone process.

Janne built a mobile app with AppSheet to list repair tasks, assign work to craftsmen and create online tables that update in real time. The app, now being piloted with colleagues, eliminates much manual transcription, makes data easy to download and process, and is already saving time while users adapt from paper forms to a digital workflow.
