Gelderman Landscape Services, a commercial and residential landscaping, design, construction and snow-removal company in Southern Ontario, was struggling to manage operations across four branches and nearly 150 employees using paper forms and spreadsheets. Tracking inspections, on-the-job incidents, invoices and progress reports from dispersed crews made communication slow and made it hard to analyze safety and performance data.

Gelderman’s Business Process Administrator used AppSheet’s no-code platform to build 15 mobile apps in two years for health & safety reporting, site inspections, invoicing, equipment checks and customer progress updates. The apps eliminated paper, sped up reporting, centralized data for analysis, improved client communication and helped the company identify and address recurring safety issues — with more apps already planned.
