Bemus Landscape is a full-service landscape management firm in Southern California with five locations and 300–400 employees whose workforce is highly distributed in the field. The company relied on paper forms for foremen and managers to log time, forcing staff to drive to the office to scan and email records—adding wasted time and fuel costs and slowing billing and operations.

After moving to G Suite, Bemus adopted AppSheet to build mobile apps that mirror Google Sheets, so processes didn’t have to change. Field crews now log data directly into apps that send information to corporate for billing, dozens of employees use the tools across departments, new apps for maintenance and tree care are being rolled out (including bilingual versions), and the company has seen faster workflows, reduced costs, and higher staff satisfaction.
