Globe Telecom, a telecommunications company, was looking to accelerate digital transformation and reduce the heavy reliance on manual processes used to serve customers. AppSheet helped Globe Telecom launch a no-code hackathon and employee workshops, supported by Google Cloud and partner EPAM, to build and deploy apps more quickly. The result was a significant boost in business-process automation, with app build times slashed and early adopters helping shape the program; Globe also reported improved agility, more grassroots innovation, and a stronger ability to transform operations and customer service.
