ARC Contra Costa is the largest nonprofit in Contra Costa County, with over 250 staff, 10 sites, and 250+ PCs and servers managed by a one-person IT department, Jack Riggen. Jack’s main challenge was managing work orders and asset inventory efficiently on a tight non-profit budget; his previous tool, Samanage, proved costly and cumbersome while the records lived in Google Sheets.
