Catholic Church Insurance (CCI) is an Australian, church-owned insurer with about 260 staff across multiple offices and many users who work remotely or travel. IT struggled to deliver a consistent, personalized desktop experience and faced excessive Windows logon times (typically 10–15 minutes, sometimes far longer), high helpdesk volumes and the upcoming Windows 7 and Citrix migrations.
