GroundLink, an established aggregator and solutions provider in the ground travel industry, uses proprietary technology to manage and execute ground travel services worldwide. To improve its mobile offering it needed deeper insight into customer behavior and clearer direction for enhancing app features and functionality.

GroundLink implemented Appsee’s in‑app analytics—session and crash recordings, aggregated heatmaps and behavioral reports—to pinpoint friction and guide development. As a result mobile bookings tripled, app crashes fell by 70%, abandonment of the ride‑cancellation flow was eliminated, and the App Store rating rose from 3 to 4 stars, improving usability and customer satisfaction.
