AutoDoc is one of Europe’s leading online auto parts retailers, offering over a million parts across 26 countries and native Android and iOS apps for on-the-go ordering. The mobile apps team wanted the mobile purchase experience to match desktop but lacked tools to see how users actually interact with the checkout flow—basic metrics showed conversion rates but didn’t explain why users dropped off.
