Angestellte Schweiz launches a mental health web app with Apps with love in 2022

Angestellte Schweiz, in collaboration with WorkMed, sought to address the lack of accessible mental health resources for employees, as many people did not know how to proactively maintain their mental wellbeing at work. They engaged the vendor Apps with love to create a preventive web app solution to provide expert knowledge and break down barriers to seeking help.

Apps with love developed the "Etwas tun?!" web app using a user-centred approach that involved the target audience early through user research and testing. The solution features an information section and interactive exercises, such as case studies and questionnaires, structured as dialogues to guide users. The vendor's work resulted in a simple, accessible, and secure tool that helps employees stay mentally healthy without collecting personal data.
