PowerSchool, a leading K-12 education technology platform, needed to integrate its recently acquired InfoSnap business with its existing systems after the acquisition. The challenge was to connect separate Salesforce environments and then integrate Salesforce with PowerSchool’s NetSuite ERP platform in just two and a half months, using Apps Associates and the TIBCO Cloud Integration Platform.

Apps Associates implemented a flexible, scalable integration solution built on a standard canonical model and a generic integration layer, with Salesforce triggers automating downstream ERP actions. The result was an integrated Lead-to-Order-to-Cash process that improved business user productivity, automatically created NetSuite orders, and saved users up to two hours per day, while also reducing maintenance and support costs and improving scalability for future growth.
