Hologic develops diagnostic products, medical imaging systems, and surgical products for women’s healthcare, and grew quickly through both organic expansion and acquisitions. To support this growth, Hologic needed help integrating IT systems with a lean internal IT team, especially after mergers. Hologic partnered with Apps Associates, initially for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation and ongoing IT project support.

Apps Associates expanded that relationship into managed services, providing support for EBS, Oracle BI, and Oracle Fusion Applications, plus functional support and help desk resolution across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Apps Associates also helped Hologic manage IT integration during at least seven acquisitions, including one SAP-to-Oracle migration, enabling faster, more efficient system consolidation and making Apps Associates a trusted advisor as Hologic continued to scale.
