The customer, CoLabs, a leading coworking network in Pakistan, was scaling its operations across multiple cities but was hindered by using disconnected tools. Their challenge was to find a unified system to manage memberships, attendance, inventory, and bookings that would also integrate with their existing physical access control infrastructure. They engaged the vendor, AppRocket, for a digital transformation project.

AppRocket configured the Nexo Spaces platform as an operational backbone, built a custom website and a tailored CRM, and integrated them with biometric scanners and card readers. This solution provided CoLabs with a fully digitized system. As a result, they now efficiently manage 150,000 sq ft of real estate, 2,500+ members, and 200 companies across three cities, and have facilitated over 500 community events through the new platform.
