Westfield, the international shopping mall brand with more than thirty locations worldwide, wanted to make visiting Westfield London easier for busy shoppers while improving the customer journey. The solution automated scheduling, sent confirmations and reminders, reduced no-shows, and allowed staff to manage bookings more efficiently and deliver a more personalized service.
