Tessera, a leading provider of debt purchase and debt collection services, needed a better way to manage employee leave across its workforce and avoid inaccuracies in tracking different types of time off. Appogee HR’s Appogee Leave was used to help simplify and automate absence management.

Appogee HR implemented Appogee Leave with Google Apps integration, giving employees a dashboard to view booked holidays and submit requests quickly, while managers could approve or decline leave in just a few clicks. The result was a fast rollout with very little training or support, and Tessera said the system now essentially runs itself, reducing administration time and manual effort.
