M-KOPA is a connected asset financing platform headquartered in Nairobi that serves millions of underbanked customers across four countries with a workforce of just over 1,500. As the company grew, its HR team struggled with several previous systems that still required lots of manual work in Excel, creating inefficiencies in managing staff data and leave processes.
