Greyhound Recycling, a leading domestic waste collection service provider in Ireland, needed a better way to manage employee absence after setting up Google Apps. Their paper-based holiday request process was unreliable and often inaccurate, with forms getting misplaced and creating the risk of incorrect leave balances and lost productivity.
