Case Study: VOKA empowers employers and agents with Appnovation's digital commerce platform

Increasing the exposure of companies to work experience and training trajectories of thousands

VOKA wanted to increase the visibility of companies across work experience and training trajectories, so it launched the WELT project in 2016 and needed to refresh its trajectory counseling tools within a single digital home. VOKA worked with Appnovation on the project, with the goal of creating a platform that could serve employers and other target groups more effectively.

Appnovation, together with Imec, began with user interviews and a research phase to shape the platform concept, then designed and developed a central digital entry point for trajectory counseling. The result was a tailored experience with rich information and dashboards for different audiences, giving employers a clear view of each trajectory and encouraging active engagement through regularly updated, customized content.
