Samsung KNOX needed a secure digital experience to support its KNOX container, separating work files and applications from personal data on employee mobile devices. The challenge was to deliver a feature-rich, cross-platform solution that protected sensitive information while maintaining Samsung’s global brand standards, and Appnovation was brought in to help.

Appnovation built a Drupal-based architecture for web publishing and user management, adding caching layers with Drupal, Memcached, Varnish, and Amazon CloudFront CDN to improve performance. The solution integrated with existing systems, supported multiple languages, and enabled single sign-on across four services, helping Samsung KNOX deliver a more connected, protected, and productive experience.
