How connecting 100,000+ students to school services better prepared them for life after graduation

The University of Phoenix needed a better way to connect more than 100,000 students and faculty with course services, articles, and messages through an internal site. Appnovation was brought in to help create a mobile-friendly eCampus support portal called “IT Central,” with a strong focus on accessibility and personalized content.

Appnovation built and launched IT Central, integrating Google Analytics to tailor content and using the Ask Cynthia tool plus manual testing to ensure ADA compliance. The result was an accessible support portal that enabled over 100,000 students on the eCampus “IT Central,” improving how students accessed school services and prepared for life after graduation.
