Case Study: Hong Kong Trade Development Council achieves a modern, scalable Belt and Road portal with Appnovation

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) needed a robust, scalable portal for its Belt and Road initiative to provide official information and resources to a global audience. HKTDC also had the challenge of managing content from multiple sources and languages across a large international network. Appnovation was engaged to design, develop, and deliver the digital strategy using Drupal 8.

Appnovation reimplemented the Belt and Road portal with a full rebrand, new functionality, and content migration from external and internal sources. The result was a more modern, clean website with centralized content and simpler navigation, improving the user experience for HKTDC’s global audience.
