An on-demand solutions center designed to resolve customer problems

Cisco, the San Jose-based networking company, needed a cloud-based digital solution for its On-Demand platform to improve user experience, support customer problem resolution, and control costs. Appnovation was engaged to help design and develop Cisco’s On-Demand Solutions Center, a SaaS product built to replace a static HTML site with a more engaging, community-centric experience.

Appnovation leveraged Cisco’s existing server stack to deliver a PHP-driven, Drupal-based solution with a refreshed design, mobile optimization, and multilingual support. The result was a more easily updated site with enhanced features and performance, improved access across devices, and drastically faster loading times, creating a better overall customer experience.
