Case Study: Attentia improves child allowance access with Appnovation’s digital platform

A new allowance tool makes it easy for 130,000 to dole out money digitally

Attentia wanted a new online child allowance platform to better serve employees and families, giving them access to payment histories, certificates, and full child benefit files. The challenge was to create a secure, easy-to-use digital portal that could also connect with Attentia’s internal communication tool, and Appnovation was brought in to help deliver it.

Appnovation ran a discovery phase, then designed and developed the platform, including a secure login using a National Register Number or eID card reader and a new API integration for fast data exchange. The result was a seamless digital registration system that improved access for 130,000 users, with Appnovation also providing project management, support, and maintenance throughout the rollout.
