How Industrial Enterprise Metiz-Prom Optimized Production and Set Up an Alert System via Telegram

AppMaster helped Metiz-Prom, an industrial enterprise in Kazakhstan that produces metal, plastic, and composite wares, address the challenges of maintaining automated production lines and managing logistics. The company needed a way to reduce high development costs, avoid long hiring cycles, and keep up with frequent equipment API changes while improving maintenance, monitoring, and supply management.

Using AppMaster, Metiz-Prom built a server application, admin panel, and Telegram-based alert system to collect real-time telemetry from production equipment, monitor line status and consumables, forecast maintenance needs, and automate replenishment. AppMaster hosted the system in isolated cluster containers and integrated webhooks, XML, and WebSockets; as a result, Metiz-Prom reduced production interruption risks, improved purchasing and storage of supplies, received real-time emergency notifications, and lowered the need to expand service staff.
