Yodo1, an international game publisher based in Beijing, wanted to increase daily revenue from its games while reducing the heavy operational costs of managing 10+ people across 10 manually run ad networks. AppLovin’s MAX monetization platform was used to help optimize its setup and improve performance for its hit game, Rodeo Stampede.
Yodo1 moved its full catalog of 35 games to AppLovin MAX and used A/B testing along with bidding partners including Facebook Audience Network, AppLovin, and Tapjoy. The result was an immediate 12% increase in ARPDAU for Rodeo Stampede, with 40% of revenue and 50% of impressions coming from bidding, while also lowering operational overhead and saving the team time.
