Geisha Tokyo, a Tokyo-based mobile game publisher, needed a faster way to test, build, and scale new games while improving monetization and reducing the manual work of optimizing ad waterfalls. To solve this, they turned to AppLovin and its MAX in-app bidding solution for their game Traffic Run!.
By switching to AppLovin MAX and enabling multiple bidders, Geisha Tokyo saw an immediate 10% ARPDAU lift from reduced latency, followed by an additional 21% gain through A/B testing and waterfall recommendations. In total, AppLovin helped Geisha Tokyo achieve more than a 30% ARPDAU increase on Traffic Run!, with 40% of revenue coming from bidding and 50% of impressions from multiple bidders.
