Eureka Studio, a Japanese hyper-casual game developer, wanted to grow its escape-game title Skip School! beyond Asia and turn its ad-supported model into a steadier revenue stream. The studio needed help validating global demand, improving monetization, and localizing the game for new markets, especially the U.S.

AppLovin helped Eureka Studio test the game internationally, recommended localizing ads for the U.S. audience, and supported monetization optimization through MAX. The results included a 20 percent lift in IPM from localized ads, an immediate 10 percent increase in ARPDAU after switching to MAX, and an additional 30 percent ARPDAU lift from A/B testing the monetization setup.
