SAP Concur, a global travel and expense management provider, needed a better way to test its highly customized, multi-language UI across more than 20 localizations and thousands of customers worldwide. With hundreds of branded dashboard variants and a heavy reliance on manual localization checks, the company turned to Applitools to improve visual assurance and reduce testing effort.

Applitools integrated with Concur’s existing Selenium and Scout UI framework to automate visual localization testing across web and mobile apps. As a result, SAP Concur increased visual test coverage, caught UI issues that functional tests missed, and replaced an expensive manual process with a repeatable, scalable strategy. The result was faster delivery of localized changes, a new UI-driven testing methodology, and more confidence in releases.
