Bravera Insurance, a long-time Applied Systems customer, was looking to simplify and expand its email marketing efforts. As a bank-owned agency, it had previously relied on an in-house marketing department, but wanted a more efficient way to manage campaigns and bring marketing work back to the agency side using Applied Marketing Automation and Applied Epic.

Applied Systems helped Bravera Insurance streamline its marketing process with Applied Marketing Automation, using data already in its AMS to target the right customers without manually pulling reports. The agency created automated communications for personal lines and Benefits clients, including “Happy Birthday” emails, and was able to expand beyond what the in-house team could do while making marketing more efficient.
