Gnade Insurance Group, a 23+ employee agency headquartered in Frankfort, IL and an 18-year Applied customer, needed to deliver true anytime, anywhere service for clients and make insurance documents accessible when staff were out of the office. The agency’s challenge was to support mobile agents and meet modern customer expectations for omnichannel, on-demand access without expanding service headcount.

Gnade implemented Applied Mobile and Applied CSR24, both integrated with their Applied Epic management system, to give agents tablet/smartphone access to client and policy data and provide customers an agency-branded self-service app. The result: more productive field agents, faster and better customer service, a competitive differentiator for new business, and the ability to grow revenue and profitability without adding staff.
