Sitecues - Customer Case Study

Sitecues (Ai Squared) is a Vermont-based developer of magnification and reading software that recently launched Sitecues, an intuitive SaaS tool to make web content easier to read for people with low vision. The team faced a major challenge: most potential users don’t adopt assistive tech, and testing needed to cover a wide variety of devices, browsers and operating systems in real-world scenarios—straining limited QA resources during mid-development and making it hard to test across customer sites and development code.

To solve this, Sitecues partnered with Applause for in-the-wild testing, gaining access to a diverse community of testers and the ability to inject and validate new code across many customer sites and configurations. The arrangement delivered actionable, real-world feedback that drove product improvements, avoided hiring full-time QA staff, and provided cost-effective insights impossible to replicate in-house.
