Harry’s partnered with Applause’s crowdsourced testing community to run functional mobile tests (including narrated video captures) with testers across the U.S. and Canada. The partnership enabled reproducible bug reports, a successful iOS launch, faster releases, and a lean internal team that gained confidence knowing professional testers had validated updates.
