ESADE Business & Law School, an academic institution known for its quality education, sought to better understand the needs of potential students to make strategic decisions. Their challenge was to measure the attractiveness of new programs, identify ideal subject combinations, determine campus appeal, and assess brand awareness. To achieve this, they partnered with the vendor Appinio to conduct a concept test survey.
Appinio implemented a research solution that surveyed 669 prospective students in Spain over ten days. Using a mix of question types and TURF analysis, Appinio provided Esade with data on program preferences, ideal campuses, and interest in foreign language offerings. This enabled the school to gather crucial qualitative and quantitative data to inform its future program development and better meet student needs.
