Euler Hermes Northern-Europe, part of a global insurance group with more than 1,700 employees across 15+ countries, needed a harmonized onboarding strategy for its dispersed regions. The company wanted one consistent, efficient approach for onboarding around 300 new hires per year while still accommodating local differences and mandatory rules. To meet this challenge, Euler Hermes chose Appical and its digital onboarding platform.

Appical implemented a structured onboarding journey covering pre-boarding, the first day/week/month, and the first three months, with new hires gaining access three weeks before start date. The platform delivered company, culture, and local information in one consistent experience, helping Euler Hermes strengthen employee experience and align onboarding across Northern Europe. Among 135 users, the app scored 9.3 for usefulness, 8.7 for how welcome employees felt, and 9.1 as a place to work, and the success of the Appical solution led to plans for expansion into the wider group, reboarding, and offboarding.
