PepsiCo rolled it out after a fast one-month build and pilot, and new hires now spend an average of 9.25 hours on pre-boarding before day one. The company reports better consistency, faster productivity, and stronger retention, seeing onboarding as a key part of keeping roughly 100 new hires each year.
