MST (Medical Spectrum Twente) needed a better onboarding experience when its new hospital location opened, so it could introduce new employees to the organization and building in an engaging, practical way. Working with Appical, MST developed a digital MST tour as part of its onboarding program, helping staff get acquainted with the hospital before and on their first day.

Appical implemented an interactive onboarding platform that provides tailor-made information on demand, 24/7, from any device, and includes the MST tour for new hires. The solution helped employees feel welcomed and involved from the start, and the rollout was substantial: about 4,000 MST staff and healthcare professionals have taken the tour since 2015, with general information shared two weeks before day one.
