To support its 85,000-employee global workforce, CEVA partnered with Appical to digitize and standardize the onboarding journey while still allowing for location-specific information.

Appical implemented a branded onboarding app that delivers pre-boarding, first-day, and ongoing journey information in a fun, interactive, and personalized way. The solution helped CEVA offer digital entry forms, tailor content to each employee, and improve preparedness, productivity, and engagement from day one, with measurable scale including 3,000 employees in the Benelux, 42,000 worldwide, and 485,000 m² of storage space served by the organization.
