Appical provided Centric with an onboarding app that delivers information in a structured, interactive, and timely way through “story unlocking,” helping employees learn gradually after signing their contract. The solution made onboarding more consistent and scalable across locations and countries, supported the full employee journey, and freed up HR time for deeper in-person engagement. Centric reported that 4,300 employees worldwide, 600 new hires per year, 35 locations, and 10 active countries benefited from the app.
