Triquint Semiconductors, a supplier of high‑quality RF components for wireless communication, needed an IT platform to increase control and visibility over the core processes that drive its competitive differentiation. To better measure and optimize process execution across multiple projects and teams, Triquint turned to Appian’s modern, Agile-based platform.

In partnership with Appian, Triquint deployed solutions including Manufacturing Change Request Management and a New Product Configuration (NPC) app for customer support to automate management and storage of customer product request data. The implementations delivered greater process visibility and control and, thanks to Appian’s solution reusability, NPC now serves as a foundation for several additional Triquint projects.
