Appian and Deloitte implemented the solution in just three months, creating a centralized, compliant system for award management and a secure AI assistant to answer procurement questions from TXDPS’s proprietary knowledgebase. The results included migration of more than 15,000 contract actions, visibility for over 10,000 stakeholders, faster turnaround times, and instant answers that freed staff for higher-value work.
