Qorvo, a provider of RF components for wireless communication, needed an IT platform to gain greater control and visibility over the core business processes that underpin its competitive differentiation. The company sought an Agile-based solution to measure and optimize process execution across multiple projects and the teams working on them.

Partnering with Appian, Qorvo rolled out solutions including Manufacturing Change Request Management and a New Product Configuration (NPC) system for customer support, which automates the management and storage of customer product request data. NPC’s high reusability has become the basis for additional Appian projects, delivering improved process control, visibility, and a scalable, more efficient way to manage cross-project execution.
