The company sought to automate key processes, preserve existing application investments, and provide a unified, transparent view of site- and country-level data across Production, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resources to reduce complexity and faster response times.

Prysmian selected Appian to orchestrate and automate applications across the Group, building an Industrial Performance System (IPS) that cuts the time to collect and validate end-of-month data and establishes a single language for industrial data analysis and verification. The low-code platform gives Prysmian faster, scalable deployment and a roadmap to add RPA and AI capabilities while maintaining existing systems and improving operational visibility and efficiency.
