Repairs and corrective maintenance were driven by email and phone, with manual invoicing and equipment ordering, no supply-chain visibility and no end-to-end reporting.
Eneco implemented Appian Cloud’s Defect Management solution, integrating directly with SAP to provide a single source of truth and mobile/desktop access for contractors and staff. Registration time dropped from 6 minutes to 15 seconds, invoices and work tickets are handled in Appian, customer feedback is captured in the field, SAP data is surfaced via Appian Records, and the solution was rolled out in five weeks—improving speed, transparency and collaboration across the process.
