Antalis, part of Kokusai Pulp & Paper, is a leading paper distributor and provider of packaging and visual communication solutions across 31 countries with 110 distribution centers. Faced with fragmented product management—central and local product managers relied on slow, ticket-based workflows and multiple tools to update product structures and marketing content—Antalis experienced coordination gaps and content anomalies that risked online publication and limited their ability to scale SKU and product data management.
Using Appian’s low-code platform, implemented by partner Anone, Antalis gave central and local product managers a single app to create brands/sub-brands, enrich and attach marketing content, and publish directly to the e-shop, while building a referential product repository to improve data quality. Deployed to 80 users across Europe, the solution accelerated and secured workflows, simplified collaboration with master data teams, increased visibility and reuse of marketing content, and delivered measurable ROI by freeing time for strategic projects (UK rollout planned next year).
