Gett, a corporate ground travel platform, wanted to improve user experience by responding more effectively to app reviews and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions. To do this, Gett turned to AppFollow and its Ratings & Reviews Management product across the UK, Israel, and Russia.
With AppFollow, Gett responded to more than 35,000 reviews, increased its reply rate to 96%, and improved its App Store average rating from 4.3 to 4.8, a gain of 0.5. AppFollow also helped cut average first reply time by 5x and enabled Gett to tag over 5,000 reviews for deeper product insights.
