The solution implemented with Appfire's Comala Document Management and Comala Publishing apps introduced streamlined review and approval workflows. This allowed the team to manage a draft space and an officially published space, ensuring employees only accessed the latest, approved versions of documents. As a result, the knowledge base grew to several hundred pages and expanded from a 100-user to a 2,000-user license, becoming a widely accessible and up-to-date resource used by the entire organization.
