To solve this, Keyloop implemented Appfire's Time to SLA app for Jira, which provided the necessary customization and transparency for their numerous SLAs. They also used Appfire's Connector for Salesforce & Jira and JSU Automation Suite to integrate with their support desk and extend Jira's functionality. As a result of the Appfire solution, Keyloop's teams now resolve bugs more efficiently and quickly, significantly improving cross-team alignment and performance.
