Unique Personalservice, a German subsidiary of USG People B.V. with about 80 branches and 8,000 employees, needed to accelerate its digital transformation and improve process effectiveness and mobility. Olaf Kropp and his ICT team were charged with finding a flexible mobile-forms solution that required little or no programming and offered pay-per-user licensing; they selected Appenate and its dynamic Screens mobile forms platform.

Appenate apps were deployed to field-based temporary workers and permanent office staff for time tracking and updating client database records, with plans to extend to leave requests and other employee processes. Appenate’s stable platform, open interfaces, workflow features and affordable per-user pricing helped make time tracking “much more stable, efficient and fail-safe,” contributing significantly to Unique Personalservice’s digitalisation.
