Velliv is a Danish pension and life-insurance provider serving roughly 400,000 customers and about 800 employees. As it moved to a cloud‑only, multi‑cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) the firm faced growing complexity and needed end‑to‑end visibility to ensure every system and application worked flawlessly—because even short outages could harm customers’ financial wellbeing.
