Bouygues Telecom, a global communications provider serving 13.8 million customers, relied on a critical Fixed Provisioning Management application to translate commercial orders into technical activations and to authenticate services in real time. After a two-month proof-of-concept, Bouygues Telecom deployed AppDynamics for its fast, low-overhead instrumentation and deep drill-down capabilities. The tool delivered immediate visibility—enabling accurate root-cause analysis, proactive capacity planning, and real-time alerts—while a custom Nagios connector centralized monitoring. About 30 daily users now use AppDynamics to move from “black box” to “white box” operations, reducing incident resolution time and improving service reliability.
